Scope
ActiUp sells and delivers tickets. The organiser is responsible for the event itself, its schedule, and its refund policy.
Booking
A seat is sold exactly once. What you choose is held for the time shown on screen and released if you do not finish.
Payment
Tickets are issued after the bank confirms the transaction. A browser returning from the payment provider does not mean the payment succeeded.
Cancellation and postponement
If an event is cancelled, tickets are refunded under the policy published on the event page. If it is postponed, tickets stay valid for the new date unless stated otherwise.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
