Scope
ActiUp is an e-commerce exchange for event tickets. Organisers list, buyers order, and ActiUp handles payment and delivery.
Who takes part
Registered and approved organisers, and buyers with an account.
Listing process
An organiser creates the event, declares its dates, ticket types and prices, then submits it. It becomes public once approved and on sale.
Responsibilities
The organiser is responsible for the event, its schedule and its refund policy. ActiUp is responsible for selling, collecting and delivering correctly.
